You can join us for the entire wedding weekend celebration, or for the ceremony and reception on Saturday evening.  For those staying on the island, we have some suggested activities to choose from, or you can do activities on your own – relax at your cabin, play sports, or just stroll the island!  Please join us at scheduled times for meals, and for activities that require Sandy Island YMCA staff, i.e. boating or swimming.

Thursday, Sept 23:

• Thursday Arrivals – For those arriving early on Thursday, we will send arrival and meal times separately

Friday, Sept 24:

• Boat arrivals from Harilla Landing – 2:00pm, 5:00pm, 9:00pm (snacks will be available for those arriving post-dinner)
• 6:00-7:00pm Dinner & snacks
• 8:00pm Get-together & games in the Lodge
• 8:30pm Campfire at Val Hall

Saturday, Sept 25:

• 8:00-9:00am Breakfast (continental breakfast available at 7:30am)
• 9:30am Activities (boating, bocce, softball, and more)
• Boat arrivals from Harilla Landing – 11:00am, 4:30pm
• 12:00-1:00pm Lunch
• 2:00pm More activities!
• 5:00pm Ceremony preparation
• 6:15pm Ceremony at the Chapel by the Lake
• 7:00pm Sunset reception at the Lodge Porch
• 7:30pm Dinner at the Dining Hall
• Dancing & dessert at the Lodge following dinner
• Boat departures from Sandy Island – 9:00pm, 10:30pm

Sunday, Sept 26:

• 9:00-10:30am Brunch
• Relaxation, packing up and bon voyages following brunch
• Boat departures from Sandy Island – 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm (note: no lunch on Sunday)

Boat shuttles are available only at scheduled times or for emergencies.  Please be sure to arrive at least 15 mins before the scheduled pick up time.  Let us know in advance if none of these times work; special arrangements may be possible.
